Disputes

Any and all disputes involving Self Care for Authors will take place in Fairfax County, Virginia. There is a six-month maximum amount of allotted time from the initial purchase for any customer of Self Care for Authors to file a dispute.

Refusal of Services

Self Care for Authors reserves the right to refuse services to any individual or business entity at any time for any reason. This refusal of services will be communicated clearly via email, text message or phone call to the customer.

Refund Policy

​

Self Care for Authors does not provide refunds for beta reading or custom book cover services. If an individual purchases a premade book cover and has NOT interacted with one of our designers past the first initial email, they are eligible for a refund or to put their payment toward a different cover or custom cover.

Payments

We use Stripe for payment processing. We do not store your payment details ourselves in any way.
